  Have used them in past no problems. Today went in to find info on upgrading to new iPhone. Skyler, their rep greeted us from across the room. I told him what we were looking for - I asked if we should sit where he was standing. He said we don't use this computer - mumbled something and walked to the back room. He came back out and sat at another table. He didn't ask us to come over so we are just standing there in the showroom. Then yells out from behind a monitor "can I get a phone #" ..... ok. We walk over to him. There's one chair - two of us to find information out. He doesn't enter it in correctly - rudely mumbles asking for it again ... still mumbling I assume he didn't get it so I start to give him a number... he stops me and mumbles "I don't need it" or something like that. He then said before anything I need you to pay the bill - ok- I'm fine with paying the bill - but I had enough of this guy and his "I don't care" attitude like I'm interrupting his day. I finally decided that I had enough of him and I refuse to give him my business. I left and he didn't understand why I was leaving - I told him I felt like he was disengaged from this sale - as he was making us stand there like idiots. We left the store - I paid the bill from my phone and I went to another store where I would be valued. This rep for your store is a disgrace. He was not personable. He was rude. I will not go there again
